Alterations:

Nestled onto the third floor suite is our in-house alterations department. It is led by educated and expert dress makers who have extensive backgrounds in fine bridal and evening wear. Alterations are offered to all of our clients and is by appointment only and is charged based on how much work needs to be done to the dress.

Ordering Process:

After saying “yes”, one of our dress makers takes your measurements and from there we look at sizing charts based on your chosen designer, and suggest the size that is closest to your measurement and that best suits your body type. There is a charge for all alterations, no exceptions, and is quoted to you at your first fitting. Though this service is offered to you, you are not obligated to have your work done here. We accept no liability for any alteration work done elsewhere on our gowns.

Pressing, Packing, and Pick-Ups:

After your final fitting, you will schedule a date for your gown to be picked up. It will be hand pressed, packed onto a cardboard bust form, stuffed with tissue paper and inserted into a full-length garment bag. This service is provided at no charge and insures each gown is presented like a present for your wedding day.

Final Tips:

• Make sure you bring your shoes, and any undergarments you wish to be worn with you to your first fitting. (Bra cups are provided)

• Schedule an accessories appointment to look and veils and headpieces once your dress is in.

• Bring someone with you to your final fitting so they can see how the bustle works. (Video record this if necessary)
